Take notice that the Town of New Perlican Municipal Plan 2023 -2033 and Development Regulations 2023 – 2033 adopted on August 17, 2023 and approved on January 24, 2024 have been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
That the Town of New Perlican Municipal Plan 2023 – 2033 and Development Regulations 2023 – 2033 come into effect on the day that this notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette. Anyone who wishes to inspect a copy of these documents may do so at the Town Office during normal working hours.
